The past month, summarized

Winter break is now almost over, and as of yet, I still have not managed to find a job. Not this again! However, I'm sure the search will become easier once I'm actually, you know, back in Boston. Hopefully.

What else have I been doing this vacation (other than obsessively refreshing Craigslist)?
Let's see:
  • Reading (the works of John Scalzi) and rereading (the entirety of the Harry Potter series, except for book six, which seems to have disappeared--I suspect nargles)
  • Driving (in snow, which is absolutely terrifying, considering I only learned to drive this past summer)
  • Traveling (between my dad's house in Guilford, my mom's house in Newington, and elsewhere, including a trip to Allston to visit Leland)
  • Listening to mice scurry around (in Guilford--they like to put dog food into my stepmother's shoes--and in Allston--they ate my chocolate bar!!!)
  • Eating (everything tasty, except for the previously-mentioned chocolate bar, because ew)
  • Sitting (on my bum)
In all, I'm looking forward to going back to Boston, if only so I can resume going to the gym. At this point, I think I need it.
